Découvrir la Canso (ou « Chanson de la croisade contre les Albigeois »), chef d'oeuvre de la littérature occitane du Moyen Age, c'est s'engager au coeur d'une cité, d'une société, d'une civilisation, si proches des nôtres qu'on les croirait rêvées depuis aujourd'hui : mais un monde dont les valeurs seraient plus exigeantes, plus généreuses, même au coeur des pires batailles.
