Corps de synthèse

Parler de «Corps de synthèse», c'est à la fois désigner cette mosaïque
culturelle et artistique qu'est la Turquie, mais aussi un artefact ou
une image dans le champ des écritures numériques. C'est alors
poser la question de l'original et de toutes les résultantes qu'il est
possible de créer au sein de combinaisons générées par un pays à
l'échelle de la Turquie et plus particulièrement, d'une ville comme
Istanbul.

Le propos de cet ouvrage à mi-chemin entre l'imagerie traditionnelle
collective et la scène artistique contemporaine pose ainsi la question
de cette fusion des genres, des époques et des cultures via les enjeux
des écritures numériques. Partant d'une réalité et filant vers
l'imaginaire, ce parcours nous conduit tout droit vers les questions
de l'hybridation et du métissage.

In this very special turkish context, when we speak of "Bodies of Synthesis"
we mean not only a cultural and artistic mosaic but also an artifact or an
image in the field of digital writings. We thus are posing a question for the
original and for all the derivatives one may create within the combinations
generated by a country on the scale of Turkey and more especially by a city
like Istanbul.

Matter of this book midway between traditional collective imagery and the
modern artistic scene thus raises the question of blending of genres, ages and
cultures via the challenges of digital writings. Starting out from reality and
moving towards the imaginary, this path leads us straight to the questions of
hybridisation and cross-fertilisation.
